Adrienne Cohen joins Board of Trustees
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Adrienne Cohen as a new Trustee of Children’s Surgery Foundation.
Adrienne is an expert in change, transformation, culture and engagement, she brings extensive experience leading complex programmes that drive operational performance, organisational change and brand leadership.
Adrienne brings a personal passion for our work because she has a daughter who has required many medical surgeries and lengthy stays in hospital during her lifetime. Adrienne says: ‘I am one of the hundreds of thousands of parents in the UK with a child who, unfortunately, requires regular medical interventions. Watching your child be unwell and then endure any sort of procedure never gets easier. I’m enormously proud to be working with Children’s Surgery Foundation to help advance the future of paediatric surgery. Anything we can do to minimise the negative impacts of surgery for young patients and support the professionals who work so hard to keep our children well and enjoying life is a win-win situation for us all.’
